I took my son and 3 of his mates. I've never taken that many before. I was worried that they'd get bored and talk all the time. Not the case. Something happening all the time. I loved it  It reminded me of Home Alone,but with Aliens. You could do a lot worse i think than take your kids to see this film. Great fun
