A brilliant book can be read in small doses as it is a book of letters from disgruntled customers to customer services in many different companies.

Some very witty and eccentric writers, just don't read it on the train or the bus or you will get odd looks when you burst out laughing

Whoops forgot to say it is by Terry Ravenscroft.
