| For some reason even when the storylines are rubbish i still watch it! Crazy yeah i know. The storyline with Honey and Billy i think is really good at the moment and it is being acted really well but i wish Jane would finish with Ian!!!!!!! |

I hate Sean so much! I think it rubbish how Eastender is doing the storyline with the girl being richer than the male so the male gets with the female for her money! but i am glad that Ruby can not have the money until her 21st birthday! maybe soon Ruby will see what Sean is like..
And is Jake dead! or has he just disappear. |

Yeah it didnt look to good for Jake did it, looked like it was going to be a bit like what happened to Andy Hunter was going to happen to him.
I see poor Pauline finally meets her demise at Christmas as well, you can always rely on the soaps for a tear jerker cant you. |

| Honey is driving me nuts at the moment, i can't believe that a parent could react in that way to their own flesh and blood being ill, surely her daughter needs her more than ever.? |

I think this storyline is dragging again, can't honey see that having petal adopted isn't what Billy wants?
She needs to stop thinking about herself and start thinking about how everyone else is feeling! |

| I agree with you, its time she got her head sorted and just got on with being her mum. Lets face it, little Petal is gorgeous. I know it says in the paper this week that she's set the wheels in motion for her to be adopted but do you really think she will go ahead with it in the end or have a change of heart? I really hope she decides to keep her |

And in my opinion, if they do go ahead and have her adopted, then i don't believe that Eastenders have made the most of the storyline.
When they took on this story line , they should have been prepared to see it through by portraying the illness along with the true everyday difficuilties of living with a child who has Downs syndrome and not just turn it into an adoption story.
What does that teach anyone?
That if you have any kind of problem or a child that isn't quite perfect, the solution is to get rid.....i don't think that's right! |

| my sentiments exactly Louise. I don't think they'll go through with the adoption though in the end. I think they might have a uproar on their hands if they did anyway and lose viewers in the process |

I also would have preferred it if they had chosen an illness that was more rare.
There are so many families out there living everyday, with ilnesses that most of the general public haven't even heard of, so maybe it would have been better to take the opportunity to use the storyline to educate the public about one of those , rather than use an illness which is already well publicised anyway. |

Well it's nice to see that Honey has accepted Petal or should I say Janet as she has now been baptised. :-D Lets hope it's a happy ending. ;-)
Although not so much for Pauline Fowler who is now deceased. Are they trying to make out it was Sonia's slap that did it? Also when did Rebecca manage to slip out of the Vic and leave the Xmas card for Pauline and did she see what happened????? |

and if someone did go with her they would have saw it too and Rebbca is only small so she can not even see in the window! |

| Neither did I. I read that Sonia and MArtin attend Pauline's will hearing so maybe Sonia gets released. And Martin and Rebecca ledave this week so maybe Sonia will go with them. |
