Although on a serious note these things are dangerous, people buy them to replace cars when they are really to help people who cannot walk ! People drive up to shops and leap out fitter and more agile than me, they career around the roads, no insurance or license for driving on the road ! I have even been run down by a blind woman driving one - if I had been a child she could have killed me !
