Double your moneySource DS
Richard Madeley may present a revival of classic Hughie Green quiz show Double Your Money, according to a report.
Gallowgate Productions, run by Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly, is said to be in negotiations for rights to the format.
Plans are at an early stage and no broadcaster has yet come on board, but Broadcast reports that Madeley is favoured to front a series.
The original Double Your Money TV show, which ran on ITV between 1955 and 1968, saw contestants double their prize - which started at £1 - each time they answered a question correctly. As they neared the £1,000 jackpot, questions were answered from inside a sound-proof booth.

How about a quiz where the contestant has to bet something of their own that they can't afford to lose in order to win something they want?
