Gary Barlow mourns loss of fatherMy thoughts go out to Gary and his family
| Quote: | The father of Take That singer Gary Barlow has died, forcing the star to pull out of a Children in Need concert launch last Friday.
Barlow grew up in Frodsham, Cheshire, with mum Marjorie, Dad Colin and older brother Ian.
The singer-songwriter dedicated Take That song Nobody Else to his parents.
A spokeswoman for the star said he had suffered a family bereavement and asked that the press allow the family to grieve in private.
