Jade Goody has lost £56,000 worth of jewellery after her home was raided by thieves.
An expensive bangle, five designer watches, rings and a Tiffany necklace and earring set were taken by burglars who searched through the bedroom of Goody's £750,000 home.
The controversial Big Brother star heard a noise when she returned to her Essex home after dropping young sons Bobby and Freddie off at her mother's. She then rushed upstairs with her dog Batman.
"I went to investigate with Batman but no one was there," Goody told The Sun. "I dread to think what would have happened if the thieves had still been in the house. I'm just glad my two boys weren't at home."
A friend added: "Her bedroom was a mess with stuff strewn all over the place. There were also muddy footprints everywhere."
Goody, who is planning a TV comeback, has been burgled on two previous occasions
