Peter Kay - The Sound of LaughterEver since i read it last year on my holiday i've raved about it. It's a story about his journey from being a small boy to the comedien he is today. Some hilarious parts include what he calls the Nuns which taught him at school in the early days. "Sister Sledge" for example - makes me titter every time.
He has a natural talent for making people laugh. I find it hard to keep picking up a novel or autobiography but this really captured me.
I'll probably read it over the christmas break too. If you like his DVD's and they make you chuckle, you will love this.

Unfortunately this was one autobiog I couldn't get on with and I got fed up of him writing that phrase (can't even remember what it was ) in brackets all the time
I'm not a particular fan of his anyway but people were raving about the book so I gave it a go!
Glad you enjoyed it though Zodiac
