Katie Price and Peter Andre's daughter has been hospitalised in the US after catching chickenpox.
Nine-month-old Princess Tiáamii was struck down with the illness on Saturday but doctors said she needed further treatment when her condition took a turn for the worse.
Andre told The Sun: "We've got to take her to hospital. She's not good. Once she's better I'll be all smiles."
The couple's spokesperson said the toddler had caught the virus from two-year-old brother Junior, saying: "Princess came out in spots on Saturday. They took her to a doctor, who said it was chickenpox.
"She's not infectious and will be fine. Katie and Peter have hired a nurse to care for Princess."
Andre and Price took the infant for a day out in Beverly Hills on Sunday, leaving sons Junior and Harvey, five, in the care of their nanny.
The couple are in LA to shoot and promote their reality TV show, which will be broadcast on US network E!
