| I can see your point but I always think when a child is lost prosecution should not be contemplated he did not we can assume ever think this would happen and what punishment could be worse than losing his daughter ? |

| I can see what you mean about that but she it doesn't sound like she was actually his daughter. It says he's the boyfriend of her mum. He still shouldnt have had the snake, really cant see why people would want dangerous pets where kids are anyway |

| Well we don't know him well enough to judge I guess but I would say many children are well loved (better in some cases) by non biological parents than by their own biological ones. |
