I hope they find the boy!

She said two sons were playing outside when the older boy saw the younger one climb in and the balloon fly away.
The boy was named by local police as Falcon Heene. His father, Richard Heene, apparently used the balloon to track the weather.
Live footage of the balloon, which was being tracked by media helicopters, showed it soaring high above the ground.
The child was believed to have climbed in through an access door. |

There's now speculation that the whole thing was a stunt set up by the family  . If it turns out to be true then I hope the parents are charged for the cost of the search etc!

| Hmmm that fact they did wife swap does make it sound dodgy because much as I used to like the programme only attention seekers would appear on it, and the child's comment sounded very dodgy |

| I think a misdemeanor class 3 just means a lesser crime not prisonable but they will pay a fine. There was talk of them having to pay for the rescue attempt. |
