Father agrees to bury daughter's body after 30 years

I vaguely remember this happening but I didn't realise the father had refused to have a funeral for his daughter

I don't think he refused exactly - he just wanted a proper investigation so the body could not be buried. I think myself he should have been given what he wanted years ago.
