Spiralling out of control in some areas, I think I'm lucky as these headlines still don't feel like my town and feel as if they are happening else where. I feel sorry for anyone living with the headlines though.

Gobsmacked that the council feel the need to hire detectives to hunt down...wait for it..... library book offenders!

hang on... as it's so serious i might even have to be put in a high security wing in solitary confinement. One can hope.
